Rebuild a PDF's tables into an editable spreadsheet

How this works: a PDF has no concept of a cell, so the grid is reconstructed from where each piece of text sits on the page - items sharing a line become a row, and aligned positions become columns. Clean, well-aligned tables come through accurately. Merged cells, nested headers and free-form layouts may need rearranging, and no formulas can be recovered because the PDF never contained any.
Numbers are written as real numbers (currency symbols and thousands separators stripped) so you can total them straight away.
